All users and clients of Greer Professional Services, hereby agree to abide by, and acknowledge the following:
Privacy
We ask for and require certain personal and identification information in order to operate Greer Professional Services. At no time and under no circumstances will Greer Professional Services distribute, disseminate, sell, or disclose any personal or identification information given to us by our clients for the purpose of providing a service. Any personal data that is acquired or stored by Greer Professional Services is for resume writing, credit repair, or typing purposes only. Greer Professional Services will not store, distribute, disseminate, sell, or disclose the content we receive.
Payment:
Greer Professional Services will not process any orders until payment has been received. Professional resume/curriculum vitae orders will be processed and completed within 3 to 5 business days. STAT processing with 24 - 48 hour turn-around is available for an additional fee of $15.00.
Greer Professional Services will begin processing credit repair orders within 3 to 5 business days after payment is received and will work directly with our clients throughout the repair process.
We gladly accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover, PayPal, and Cash. We work with our clients every step of the way and assure customer satisfaction. Payments are 100% refundable prior to rendering of services. Refunds are not available on professional resume / curriculum vitae orders which have been processed and completed. However, Greer Professional Services will work with our clients to reach complete satisfaction.
The credit repair refund policy is listed in section "C" of the credit repair application and will be reviewed and discussed with each client prior to rendering of services.
Archives:
Greer Professional Services archives all resume and typing services for approximately three years. Customers can request a duplicate copy “FREE OF CHARGE” of any document created by Greer Professional Services within the three year period. Credit repair files will be returned to clients upon completion or securely destroyed after the repair process.
Edits/Revisions:
Greer Professional Services will gladly edit or revise any draft at no additional cost to ensure 100% customer satisfaction. Once the draft has been approved by our client and finalized by Greer Professional Services, clients have 5 business days to contact Greer Professional Services to request additional changes and/or edits. After 5 business days, clients will be charged an editing/revision fee for changes made to any document.
